“The moment we go from being up there in our thinking space, our head space and our ruminating space and drop down into the body, we’re dropping from past and future time into now time and one of the reasons to practice meditation is to find and to learn to dwell in the freshness of the present moment.” Willa Miller

Sometimes our weeks pass us by in a blur, without us even knowing how we made it to the end of the week.

Join us this Autumn for our first 6 week block of online sessions, offering you a mid week space to pause, breathe and come back to yourself.

These sessions carve out 30 minutes in your week to slow down and experience simple breath and meditation practices that invite us to meet our present moment experience -  our thoughts, emotions and sensations in the body with a sense of openness and gentle acceptance.

No previous meditation experience is necessary. Sessions are audio recorded and sent out each week, so you never need to miss a session. Feel free to have your camera on or off.  Come with a cuppa, a journal for weekly reflections - pjs welcome!

Location: Zoom

Dates: September 24th, October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, November 5th

Time: 8.30pm - 9pm

All donations from these sessions will go directly to the teachers and towards covering the costs of running future Queer Space events.
